Elche Secures a Dominant Victory Over Rayo Vallecano

In the 17th round of La Liga, Elche, one of the teams at the lower end of the standings, hosted Rayo Vallecano and achieved an impressive 4-0 victory. In the 6th minute of the match, Álvaro Rodríguez set up Héctor Fort for a scoring opportunity, opening the scoreline.

Midway through the second half, Rodríguez found the net himself following a pass from Pedro Bigas. Three minutes later, Rodríguez provided another assist, delivering a precise pass to Germán Valera, who scored.

The final goal of the match came in the 90th minute, scored by Martim Neto. Following this victory, Elche climbed to 9th place, while Rayo Vallecano now shares 12th place with other teams.
