AS Roma begins negotiations for Atlético Madrid striker

Atletico Madrid forward Giacomo Raspadori, despite having joined just six months ago, could return to Italy. According to insider Nicolo Schira, the Rome-based club has initiated negotiations with Atletico for the transfer of the 25-year-old player.

Roma is planning to take Raspadori on loan with an option to buy. The player has been offered a contract extending until 2030.

Atletico signed Raspadori from Napoli in August for 22 million euros. During his time under Diego Simeone, he has participated in 14 matches across all competitions, recording 2 goals and 3 assists.
