Müller Says Virts Would Be a Good Fit for Bayern


The renowned German footballer Thomas Müller has shared his opinion on Florian Wirtz's performance at Liverpool during the current Premier League season. Müller stated that Wirtz had made the wrong decision by moving to England regarding his future.

“From a football perspective, it would undoubtedly have been easier for him to adapt to Bayern because he would have stayed in the same league,” Süddeutsche Zeitung quotes the footballer saying. It should be noted that the attacking midfielder joined Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen during the summer transfer window.

Wirtz cost the Merseyside club €125 million. In England, he has appeared in 22 matches and registered six assists.
