Barcelona's attacking midfielder Fermín López shared his thoughts on the demands set by the team’s head coach Hansi Flick. The 22-year-old player does not always make it to the starting lineup of the "Blaugrana," but his statistics remain impressive — 7 goals and 4 assists in 18 matches this season.
"The coach demands high intensity, active participation in pressing, verticality, composure when in possession of the ball, joining attacks in the penalty area, and taking shots on goal. I have always tried to play in exactly this style.
Flick instills confidence; working with him is comfortable for me,” López said in an interview. On January 3, Barcelona will face Espanyol in a La Liga match.
