Ronaldo’s scoring streak in the Saudi league ends

Al-Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo failed to score against Al-Ahli as his team lost 2–3, euro-football.ru reports.reports.

The 40-year-old Portuguese star started the match in the starting lineup and stayed on the pitch until the final whistle, but the result became Al-Nassr’s first defeat of the current Saudi Pro League season. As a result, Ronaldo’s run of scoring in nine consecutive league matches came to an end — he had been finding the net regularly since mid-September.

Even so, Ronaldo still shares the lead in the top-scorers race with Joao Felix: both players have 13 goals.
