Como head coach Cesc Fabregas has responded to rumors that Chelsea could appoint him. This was reported by euro-football.rureports.
On Thursday, the London giants announced they had parted ways with Enzo Maresca. In the media, the Spanish coach—who previously played for Chelsea—is being mentioned among the candidates to replace him.
Fabregas said there is nothing more to add on the topic: “For now, I have nothing to say. I’m still here and I hope to work at Como for quite a long time,” TMW quoted him as saying. The coach’s current contract runs until mid-2028.
At the same time, Liam Rosenior from French club Strasbourg is being named as the most likely replacement for Maresca at Chelsea.
