Former Milan defender Alessandro Costacurta commented on the team’s win in the first match of the next round of the Italian league. The Rossoneri, who travelled to Sardinia, opened the scoring early in the second half with their very first shot on target and managed to see the game out for a victory. According to Costacurta, Milan have been scoring with their first shot more and more often lately. In his view, this is a very good sign for the team: composure and pragmatism on the pitch are increasing, which has a positive impact on results.
In the next round of Serie A, Milan will host Genoa at home.
