Turin’s Juventus failed to beat Lecce at home in Serie A round 18 and dropped two important points. After the match, one of those unhappy with the result was defender Gleison Bremer. This was reported by euro-football.rureports.
According to Bremer, Juventus sometimes drop points in exactly these seemingly safe situations. He stressed that in such games they need to score quicker and then control the match. The defender also added that there was enough time to equalise, but it was impossible to secure the win.
While showing respect to Lecce, Bremer put it this way: “Still, we are Juventus, and we’re playing at home — we have to win games like this.”
In the next round, Juventus will face Sassuolo.
