Six minutes later, Raul Asensio headed the ball into the opponent's net, making the score significant. Betis player Hernánides reduced the deficit by one in the 66th minute, while Garcia scored a hat-trick in the 82nd minute, extending the deficit by three more. In the 90+4th minute, Fran Garcia scored and sealed the victory.
Rodrygo also played a major role in the win, providing two assists. Real star Kylian Mbappe missed the match due to injury.
