Bayern Munich attacking midfielder Lennart Karl said in a recent interview that he dreams of playing for Real Madrid in the future. This was reported by euro-football.rureports.
Naturally, these words from the 17-year-old did not sit well with Bayern fans. Renowned insider Fabrizio Romano urged people not to take Karl’s statement too seriously: in his view, the young player simply spoke openly about his emotions, that’s all.
Romano noted that Karl is not planning to leave Bayern in the near future. On the contrary, he is aiming to earn a place in the starting lineup and prove himself at the club he values. Therefore, for now, talking about the German talent moving to Real has no practical basis.
As a reminder, in August Lennart Karl signed a new contract with Bayern running until 2028. Transfermarkt experts value the wonderkid at €60 million.
