Moldova U19 captain joins Torino youth team

According to renowned Italian transfer insider Nicolo Schira, Moldova U19 national team captain Daniel Tonike has joined Torino. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

For now, the player will feature for the club’s second team — the Primavera. Tonike has previously played in Italy as well: he played for Lenyago in the country’s fourth-tier league.

Notably, Torino’s Primavera also includes another Moldovan player, Sergey Perchun. At the moment, Torino’s first team sits 11th in Serie A.
