Fabian Ruiz Praises Safonov and Chevalier

In this winter’s penalty shootouts, crucial saves by Matvey Safonov and Lucas Chevalier delivered two trophies to PSG: the Intercontinental Cup and the French Super Cup. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

PSG midfielder Fabian Ruiz singled out the goalkeepers’ performances, stressing that the team has real penalty specialists. According to him, when it comes to spot-kicks, he fully trusts the keepers—and they are the ones bringing PSG titles.

Ruiz also admitted that PSG do not spend too much time in training working on taking penalties.

PSG’s next match will take place on January 12 in the French Cup round of 32 against Paris FC.
