Karim Benzema will return to Real Madrid’s structure after ending his playing career. Journalist Jorge Picon reported on social media that the French striker has reached a preliminary agreement with the Madrid club on this matter. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
According to sources, once he hangs up his boots, Benzema will work as an ambassador for Los Blancos and represent the club at various events.
As a player, Benzema played for Real Madrid from 2009 to 2023. Over 14 seasons, he made 648 appearances, scored 354 goals and provided 156 assists.
The 38-year-old forward currently plays for Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ittihad. The Frenchman’s current contract runs until the end of this season.
