In the 21st round of the Turkish Super League, Bashakshehir defeated Eyupspor 2-1 away. The match took place at the Ayyup Stadium.
This match was particularly interesting for us: two representatives of the Uzbekistan national team - Abbosbek Fayzullayev and Eldor Shomurodov - played in the starting lineup. Fayzullayev played for 65 minutes, while Shomurodov played until the end.
The score was opened in the 14th minute: Davie Zelke scored, and Fayzullayev provided an assist. After that, "Bashakshehir" can be said to have "held the game in their hands": there is order both in attack and without the ball, decisions are quick, and there is little haste in the back line.
In the second half, the visitors took another shot: in the 53rd minute, Shomurodov took advantage of his opportunity and extended his team's lead to 2:0. Then Eyupspor increased pressure in the final minutes, and in the 90+3rd minute, Umut Bozoq created an intrigue with one goal, but it was too late - three points had already been packed in Bashakshehir's suitcase.

Yes, the opponents also started to understand: these two play based on the result, not the mood.
