Mubarak's Mash'al club took an important step on the eve of the 2026 season - it was announced that experienced specialist Igor Alexandrovich Surov had been appointed as the team's head coach. Now, the new coach has openly expressed his views on this appointment and the tasks ahead.
Surov first of all expressed gratitude for the trust shown by the management. According to him, the team has enough opportunities and potential, but it only needs to be properly implemented, systematic work and constant improvement. According to the new coach, Mash'al has a lot of work ahead, but he believes in the players and sees a willingness to grow in them.
The specialist did not hide the fact that the team still has a lot to improve. From what he said, it was clear that there is no “everyone is ready” atmosphere here - on the contrary, a lot of work is required to reach the top in each direction. Surov especially emphasized three important points: psychological preparation, tactical level and physical condition.

Order on the field, a sense of mission, mutual responsibility - these are the aspects that will determine the path of “Mash’al” in the new season.
Another important point is that the team must have a single goal. According to Surov, they are currently working hard to strengthen this unity. Fortunately, the players are not indifferent to this process: they show a strong desire to unite, says the new head coach.
The conclusion is one: Mash'al is entering the new season not just to "participate", but to find itself again, grow and become a well-organized team.
