"Mash'al" has acquired a new legionnaire: Abubakar is expected to strengthen the center

Mubarak's "Mash'al" team continues to strengthen its squad ahead of the 2026 season. According to the club's official information, the team has signed a contract with Ghanaian central midfielder Abdul Rashid Abubakar.
Born on March 16, 2000 (25 years old), the player is distinguished by his reliable movements in the center of the field, high physical fitness and versatility. Abubakar is a valuable player, as he can play not only as a central midfielder, but also as a support and attacking midfielder. The 178 cm tall legionnaire is a right-footed player.
Abdul Rashid Abubakar began his professional career at Accra Lions. Later, he managed to play on international fields and gain experience in various championships. In particular, he defended the honor of FC Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Loznica in Serbia, Bahla in Oman, and Spartanii Selemet in Moldova. It is also noted that he played for Ordabasy and Atyrau in the Kazakh Premier League.
The football player joined Mashal as a free agent. According to the Transfermarkt portal, his transfer value is estimated at around 100 thousand euros.
As the club's press service noted, the new legionnaire's activity in the center of the field, his ability to read the game, and international experience are expected to be important factors in achieving Mashal's goals in the new season.
In short, Mashal has brought a versatile player with a characteristic central line. Now the main question is: can Abubakar turn this experience into results in Mubarak - everything will be seen on the field when the season starts.
