"Strandja." What result did our boxers achieve in the second program?

The 77th Strandja International Tournament, held in Sofia, Bulgaria, is in full swing. Yesterday's second program of fights also ended, and this part was quite successful for the Uzbekistan national team: all five of our boxers who entered the ring won and advanced to the next stage.

The greatest attention, of course, was paid to the world champion Akmaljon Isroilov in the -85 kg weight category. He started his competition against Ireland's Nathan Ojo. The opponent didn't stand idle either, trying to offer a worthy resistance. But Israilov prevailed in terms of class and pressure - he took full control of the fight and secured a convincing victory with a score of 5:0.

For our representative in the -65 kg weight category, Abdulloh Madaminov, the very first clash was a serious test. He was matched by Abdygalim Abdikarim from Kazakhstan, who is considered one of the main competitors. In an interesting and intense match, Madaminov took the initiative, outperformed his opponent in accuracy and activity, and won with a score of 5:0.

Another Uzbek boxer in the -85 kg weight category, Norbek Abdullayev, also entered the ring against Romanian Matei Nastasius. The fight was intense and spectacular, but Abdullayev decided the fight in his favor with his cool moves, correct timing, and reliable shots. The final score was 5:0.

In the -90 kg category, To'rabek Xabibullayev faced the Englishman Teagne Stott. Here, our compatriot left his opponent no chance - he knocked him out in the second round. This was not only a victory, but also one of the most impressive results of the tournament.

In the final fight of the day, another representative of Uzbekistan in the -90 kg weight category, Samir Sobirov, entered the ring. He had his second fight in the competition, this time against German Vitaliy Walter. The clash was not easy, the battle took on a rather difficult and willpower-testing character. But Samir withstood the pressure, showed character, and, having secured a decisive victory with a score of 5:0, continued on his way.

Thus, in the 2nd program of the day, five fights - five victories. This result is very important not only for statistics, but also for the team's morale. So, our march in Sofia will become even more intense, and fans have every right to expect such confident performances in the next stages.
