Uzbekistan's experienced football specialist, Ulug'bek Baqoyev, has been officially appointed head coach of Sogdiana. The club's press service reported this, stating that an agreement was reached as a result of negotiations with Baqoyev.
It was noted that Baqoyev had previously played for the team, achieved concrete results, and was distinguished by his professional experience and a highly qualified approach. This further strengthens his position and confidence in the team.
The head specialist worked at the Jizzakh club from 2019-2022 and effectively managed the team in many important matches. Therefore, his reappointment was also welcome news for Sogdiana's supportive fans.
As a reminder, the club had previously officially announced its departure from Ivan Boshkovich by mutual agreement. This change aims to further develop the team management's strategic plans and improve the club's performance in the tournament.
Under Ulug'bek Baqoyev's management, Sogdiana's goals and objectives for the new season are clearly defined, and fans can eagerly await the team's new appearance on the field.
