“Liverpool” snatched victory in the derby in the final minutes

The match between “Everton” and “Liverpool” in Round 33 of the English Premier League has come to an end, and the Merseyside derby once again turned into a real drama. In a tense battle, “Liverpool” secured an important victory thanks to a goal scored in the final minutes of the match.
“Liverpool” opened the scoring: Mohamed Salah put his team ahead with an accurate strike in the 29th minute. However, “Everton” responded in the second half through Beto and equalised in the 54th minute. The intrigue remained until the very end of the match.
The main moment came in added time. In the 90+10th minute Virgil van Dijk scored the goal that brought victory to “Liverpool” and decided the fate of the derby. Thus, the “Reds” earned three important points.
During the match, Liverpool’s second goalkeeper Georgiy Mamardashvili had to leave the pitch due to injury, which created a difficult situation for the team.
