Manchester United to wear kit with different sponsor logo for Brentford match

Manchester United will wear special edition kits in their upcoming English Premier League match against Brentford. The club has decided to temporarily replace its main sponsor logo to raise funds for combating global health issues. Goal.com reports on this.
The team, led by Michael Carrick, will take to the field in special edition shirts featuring the "(RED)" inscription on the front. As part of a partnership between Manchester United, MatchWornShirt, and the (RED) organization, fans will have the opportunity to purchase these unique kits.

Teymen Zonderveyk, one of the founders of MatchWornShirt, noted that this project directs fans' passion for football toward supporting vital global programs. The shirts worn during the match and signed by the players will be put up for auction.
According to Kate Charles, Executive Director of (RED), each shirt will embody both the events on the pitch and a history of assisting communities in need of medical aid. The charity campaign is scheduled to run from April 27 to May 2.
