Juventus looks to sign Marseille forward Mason Greenwood

Juventus is planning to sign Marseille forward Mason Greenwood during the summer transfer window. The Turin club aims to strengthen its attacking line through this transfer. Goal.com reports this.

Greenwood has recorded impressive results during his time in France. Over the last two seasons, he has made 64 appearances and scored 36 goals.

In the current season, he has found the back of the net 15 times in 29 matches.

Marseille is currently in sixth place in the league. If the team fails to qualify for the Champions League, they may be forced to sell their leading player to improve their financial situation.

The Turin side is expected to sell Francisco Conceição to finance the Greenwood transfer. The Portuguese winger is attracting interest from English clubs Liverpool and Manchester United.

Juventus previously spent a total of 39 million euros on Conceição. The club now aims to sell him for 50 million euros and direct the proceeds entirely toward the transfer of Greenwood.
