Head coach Luis Enrique made nine changes to the starting lineup ahead of the Champions League semi-final second leg against Bayern Munich.

In particular, Ousmane Dembele and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia were left on the bench, while Vitinha was not included in the squad at all. Instead, new names such as 19-year-old goalkeeper Renato Marin and young defender Pierre Mungenge took the field.

The match started successfully for the Parisians. The hosts took the lead following an early goal by Ibrahim Mbaye.

However, Pablo Pagis soon restored parity.

In the second half, Warren Zaire-Emery, who came off the bench, put PSG ahead again. Nevertheless, due to a mistake by young defender Mungenge, Aiyegun Tosin equalized the score for the second time.

Late in the game, the referee awarded a penalty in favor of the Parisians, but the decision was overturned following a VAR intervention. After this draw, the gap between PSG and their closest pursuer, Lens, stands at seven points.
