Arsenal preparing for squad clear-out in summer transfer window

Following record spending in 2025, Mikel Arteta is planning major squad changes to ensure the club's financial stability. Despite reaching the Champions League final, Arsenal must part ways with several experienced players to comply with financial regulations, according to Goal.com reports .
According to Sky Sports, Arsenal earned £122 million in prize money after their victory over Atletico Madrid. Nevertheless, after spending £267 million last year, the club is shifting to a strategic approach, aiming to raise funds through sales.
Players like Ben White, Leandro Trossard, and Gabriel Martinelli are among the candidates who could leave the team this summer. The sale of academy graduates Myles Lewis-Skelly and Ethan Nwaneri is also being considered, as these transfers would be recorded as pure profit in the club's accounts.
While Jakub Kiwior's move to Porto is almost finalized, work is underway to sign Piero Hincapie as his replacement. Arsenal is monitoring stars like Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Anthony Gordon, and Julian Alvarez to strengthen their attacking line.
