Apple CEO Tim Cook earned a total of 74.3 million dollars in 2025. This is slightly lower than in 2024, when he earned 74.6 million dollars. The information comes from the company’s annual report.
Tim Cook’s base salary remained unchanged at 3 million dollars. Most of his income came from 57.5 million dollars in stock and 12 million dollars in performance-based bonuses. He also received 1.76 million dollars for other expenses, including security, travel, insurance, and pension contributions.
Apple initially set Cook’s compensation at 59 million dollars, but performance-related bonuses increased his actual income beyond this amount.
Other top executives also received high pay. Chief Operating Officer Sabih Khan, Head of Retail and HR Deirdre O’Brien, and outgoing Chief Legal Officer Kate Adams each earned around 27 million dollars. Financial division leaders earned between 15.5 and 22.5 million dollars.
