The operator MTS has announced the launch of its new "Smart Cash" service. This program allows customers to receive up to 70% of a device's value directly to their bank card in exchange for returning their purchased smartphones. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .
The service applies to all types of gadgets purchased at MTS stores, including smartphones, tablets, and home appliances from brands such as Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Honor, and Huawei. The program covers not only new devices but also older or damaged ones.
Customers can choose a 6 or 12-month term. Within the first 181 days from the date of purchase, up to 70% of the device's value is refunded, and from the 182nd day onwards, up to 50% is returned. To use the service, simply submit an application via the contact center.
MTS Commercial Director Alexey Pomozov noted that the main advantage of this solution is that the user receives direct cash rather than a discount for a new purchase. This makes the service much more universal and convenient for customers.
