Honor is preparing to launch the new Honor 600 smartphone series in the Chinese market on May 25. The manufacturer states that the models intended for China will differ significantly from international versions not only in design but also in technical capabilities. The screen technology of the smartphones has reached a new level: the device features the world's thinnest bezels and a brightness reaching up to 8000 nits. Additionally, 3840 Hz high-frequency PWM dimming technology is used for eye protection. With a 6.57-inch diagonal, the display offers a minimum brightness level of 1 nit for comfort in dark environments.
The biggest surprise is the 8600 mAh battery in the Chinese versions, while global models are limited to a 7000 mAh battery. The devices are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and MediaTek Dimensity 8550 Elite platforms and come with MagicOS 10 based on Android 16.
Camera capabilities are also top-tier: the main module features a 200 MP sensor, supporting 30x digital zoom and AI Image to Video 2.0. The smartphones are also IP69-rated for water and dust resistance. A 50 MP front camera and additional 50 MP sensors take mobile photography quality to a new level.
