Wildberries is increasing the number of automated smart-PVZs

The Wildberries marketplace plans to expand its network of fully automated pickup points (PVZ) by 2026. This was announced by Tatyana Kim, founder of the company and head of Wildberries & Russ (RVB). Currently, this format is being tested. According to Ixbt.com reports.
According to Tatyana Kim, two such "smart-PVZs" are currently operating in Moscow. The number is expected to reach 10 by the end of the year. This format is particularly convenient for residents of large cities, allowing them to pick up orders quickly at any time of the day.
The uniqueness of these points lies in the fact that they operate without staff, in a fully automated mode, and 24/7. This improves the level of service for customers without queues or time restrictions.
Today, Wildberries is a major international marketplace operating in countries such as Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Uzbekistan. Millions of products, ranging from clothing to complex electronics and home appliances, can be purchased on the platform.
