Russia is one of the three leading countries in the world actively developing sovereign artificial intelligence technologies. This was announced by President Vladimir Putin following his visit to Kazakhstan, according to Ixbt.com reports .
The head of state noted that these tools are currently widely used in industry, science, and education. He emphasized that maintaining national sovereignty in this area is of strategic importance.
Putin stated that Russia has all the necessary capabilities to create its own sovereign artificial intelligence. According to him, to achieve success, the country must possess its own proprietary formulas and databases.
Furthermore, to increase the efficiency of developing this technology, he proposed joining forces with partners within the EAEU. Such integration will help ensure the global competitiveness of these developments.
