Subsidies Allocated for the Construction of Small Hotels in Regions

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved measures to develop hotels in historical sites and regions with underdeveloped tourism.
One-time subsidies will be allocated from the state budget to partially cover the costs of building and equipping small hotels.
Subsidy Conditions:
* The subsidy will be granted to newly built (not reconstructed) hotels and small hotels that receive a compliance certificate between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026.
* Applications for subsidies must be submitted to Public Service Centers or the Unified Portal of Interactive State Services (YaIDXP).
Subsidy Amounts:
In 22 districts (cities) where no hotels currently exist, the subsidy amounts are determined as follows:
* Less than 10 rooms: 10 million UZS per room;
* At least 15 rooms: 15 million UZS per room;
* At least 20 rooms: 20 million UZS per room.

Regulations on allocating subsidies for the construction of hotels in UNESCO World Heritage sites and in districts without hotels.
List of districts and cities without existing hotels.
