The meeting discussed the launch of a scientific-technological satellite planned to be assembled by young Uzbek engineers during their studies at the Kyushu Institute of Technology in Japan, using a SpaceX rocket.

The parties also exchanged views on the "Space Research and Technologies - 2035" strategy. SpaceX representatives expressed their readiness to review the draft of this document and provide recommendations and suggestions for its further improvement.

The "Uzbekcosmos" delegation had the opportunity to closely familiarize themselves with the production processes and technologies of SpaceX's renowned Falcon 9 rocket.

During their visit to California, the Uzbek delegation studied the use of satellite data for effective water resource management. In particular, representatives visited the Madera Groundwater Sustainability Agency, the 108th Reclamation District, the Oakdale Irrigation District, as well as Davids Engineering and Land IQ companies. It was noted that the USA has implemented restrictions and fines to prevent excessive groundwater usage by farmers.

"Uzbekcosmos" representatives also participated in the Space Symposium international conference in Colorado Springs, attended by over 10,000 specialists from more than 40 countries.

Within the framework of the conference, a memorandum of understanding was signed between "Uzbekcosmos" and the Korea Aerospace Research Administration (KASA), outlining cooperation in space education, research, satellite development, and the creation of ground-based space infrastructure.

Furthermore, an agreement was reached for consultative cooperation with the French consulting company Novaspace to implement Uzbekistan's space strategy until 2035.

Consultations were also held with the executive director of the International Astronautical Federation regarding hosting the international "IAC" conference in Uzbekistan in 2028.
