Tashkent's air has 2.1 times more PM2.5 than WHO limits
On June 5, the atmosphere in Tashkent was slightly dusty, reports NOVA24. According to IQAir data, as of 08:00, the concentration of fine particulate matter PM2.5 was 12 µg/m³, which is 2.1 times higher than the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended limit.

Meanwhile, ozone and PM10 levels remained within acceptable limits. The air quality was rated as "moderate."

For reference, the 2024 report by Swiss company IQAir did not include Uzbekistan among the countries that meet WHO air quality standards.
