According to the Anti-Corruption Agency, Uzbekistan Airports JSC conducted a state procurement worth 6.8 billion soums in violation of legal procedures.
The tender was for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of body-cameras across facilities operated by the company.
However, during evaluation, proposals from participating firms were not assessed fairly. Affiliated entities were found to be involved.
Multiple procedural errors occurred during evaluation, confirmed through documentation and analysis by the agency.
As a result, the tender commission’s decision was annulled, effectively stopping the unlawful procurement process.
All related documents have been forwarded to law enforcement for legal review and possible action.
