Students who have entered the bachelor's degree programs of state higher educational institutions and achieved a GPA of 4 or higher for a specific academic year will be awarded an additional state grant for the next academic year.
According to the established regulation, applicants register with their applications annually by July 20 through the official website of the higher education institution.
After the special commission reviews the applicants' information, students who have been awarded additional state grants are notified by the higher education institution by September 5 of each year.
Also, by the decision of the government, a grant of the higher educational organization for the next academic year is provided to students of the specified category with an GPA score from 3.3 to 4 in a higher educational organization that has been granted financial independence.
In this case, higher educational institutions granted financial independence annually provide a grant of up to 1 billion soums from their own extra-budgetary funds.

- 3.5 - 3.5 - 40 percent of the paid contract amount;
- 3.6 - 3.69 - 50 percent of the paid contract amount;
- 3.7 - 3.79 - 60 percent of the paid contract amount;
- 3.8 - 3.89 - 70 percent of the paid contract amount;
- 3.9 - 3.99 - 80 percent of the tuition fee is reimbursed from the extra-budgetary funds of this higher educational institution.
Applicants must register annually by July 20th through the university's official website. The results are announced annually by September 5.
