According to official data published by the National Statistics Committee, in January-July 2025, a total of 18.6 thousand citizens of Uzbekistan traveled to the Republic of Korea for tourism and various purposes. These figures show that the country's citizens are increasingly interested in traveling to Korea, and this trend is growing rapidly.

When looking at the data, it turned out that this indicator increased by 6.4 thousand people or 51.8% compared to the corresponding period last year. These indicators show a noticeable increase in the desire of Uzbeks to travel abroad, especially to Korea.

Citizens of Uzbekistan who traveled to Korea during the 7 months of this year were distributed according to the purpose of the trip as follows:

For visiting relatives - 3,734 people,

For educational purposes - 1,789 people,
