In order to improve the quality of services provided to the population and create conveniences in public service centers of Uzbekistan, a system of providing services without waiting in line is being introduced. This will be implemented as an important benefit for certain citizens.
According to the presidential decree, starting November 1, 2025, pensioners, pregnant women, and parents with children under three will have the right to receive services directly without waiting in line when applying to public service centers.
This procedure not only helps citizens save time and energy, but also significantly reduces bureaucratic barriers in the public services system. Support will also be provided to socially vulnerable segments of the population, in particular, young parents and families with young children, for whom everyday problems will be simplified.
With the introduction of an unscheduled service system, the population will achieve greater convenience and efficiency in applying to government agencies. This strengthens trust between the state and citizens and raises the quality of services to a higher level.
