By government decree, a new procedure was introduced in agriculture. From now on, the process of receiving and accounting for cotton and grain will be carried out through electronic systems. In this regard, a special Regulation "On the Procedure for Receiving and Maintaining Electronic Records of Cotton and Grain" has been approved.
According to the new regulation, the process will be carried out through the information systems "Agrotarozi," "Hosil qabuli," and "AgroDocs." This is an important step towards ensuring transparency and accuracy in the accounting of agricultural products.
Users can access a special website via the internet and register to use the capabilities of the "Agrotarozi" and "Hosil Qabul" systems. During the registration process, they will need to sign an electronic contract and accept the terms of use of the system.
The Regulation stipulates that cotton and grain are accepted based on a special consignment note. Farms are obligated to deliver products with identical quality indicators using a single consignment note. For example:
- products of the same breeding, industrial grade and class;
- seed cotton and grain with the same generation and field group.
Also, the day of cotton reception ends at 23:59. Daily reports on accepted products are maintained based on physical weight.
