In accordance with the presidential decree, Tashkent Technic University will be established in the capital. The new university is considered an important step in the development of modern engineering knowledge and the training of competitive specialists in our country.
According to the document, the university will have full independence in academic, financial, and organizational-managerial matters. This will make it possible to organize the educational process in accordance with international standards.
Starting from the 2025-2026 academic year, a 1-year preparatory course will be opened at the expense of the state budget. This program is expected to help applicants thoroughly prepare for complex subjects at the next stages.
From the 2026-2027 academic year, bachelor's degree programs will be opened at the university, and students will have the opportunity to study modern subjects directly. Subsequently, starting from the 2027-2028 academic year, master's and postgraduate education levels will be gradually introduced.
Education at the university is organized on the basis of a state grant and a paid contract, classes are conducted not only in the Uzbek language, but also in foreign languages. This allows students to get closer to international experience and expand their knowledge.
The most important aspect is that all students admitted to study until the 2029-2030 academic year will have the opportunity to receive education completely free of charge at the expense of a state grant.
Through this initiative, ToshTech Technical University is expected to play an important role in enhancing the engineering and research potential of our country and opening new opportunities for young people.
