The total volume of market services provided in the field of education in Uzbekistan for January-July of this year amounted to 20.5 trillion soums. This was reported by the National Statistical Committee.
The indicator increased by 3.6% compared to the same period last year. The share of the education sector in the total volume of market services is about 3.8 percent.
It is noted that in the structure of educational services, the leading position is occupied by the areas of higher education, 46.4 percent of the total volume falls on this sector.
Experts note that the demand for educational services is growing every year. This testifies to the increased attention to knowledge in the country, the growth of competition and quality indicators in the sphere.
