An important meeting was organized in London. Issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed at the negotiations, which were attended by the head of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers, Behzod Musayev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Great Britain, Ravshan Usmanov, and the Director General of the British Association of Labour Providers (ALP), David Camp.
During the meeting, ALP Director David Camp made his proposal: "We are ready to take cooperation with the Migration Agency of Uzbekistan to a new level. "We intend to create broad opportunities for the employment of Uzbek youth in English enterprises," he said.
During the negotiations, the main attention was paid to the UK's seasonal work program. The parties agreed to increase the number of quotas for citizens of Uzbekistan, sign agreements with new seasonal operators, and carry out the recruitment process safely and systematically.
For information, ALP is one of the most prestigious organizations in Great Britain, operating in seasonal labor, the food industry, logistics, and other large industries that require labor. Today, more than 300 large companies are its members.
It is expected that this meeting will open new doors of opportunity for the youth of Uzbekistan and ensure their work in England in decent working conditions.
