In the city of Jizzakh, citizen S.S., who bought a non-residential building through an auction, was forced to apply to the court for the acceptance of his property. The reason - the previous owners did not want to leave the building.
Following the court's decision in civil cases, enforcement actions were carried out by the state bailiffs of the Bureau's Jizzakh city branch. According to the court document, the defendant T.Sh. and others were to be removed from the salon.
The state executor officially informed the debtors about the date and time of the transfer. They were warned that even if they are not present, this will not prevent the execution.
The evacuation process was carried out with the participation of witnesses and representatives of the responsible organization.
As a result, the salon was officially transferred to the new owner - citizen S.S.
