The deadline for paying at least 25% of the established fee for applicants recommended for admission to state higher educational institutions of the republic on a paid-contract basis for the 2025-2026 academic year has been extended. According to the updated terms, the deadline for payment will be October 30, 2025.
Also, for applicants who have at least 5 years of work experience in economic sectors in higher educational institutions of the republic and who have been admitted to higher educational institutions on the basis of a recommendation through an interview, the amount of the tuition fee has been doubled compared to the established basic tuition fee. This not only creates new opportunities for applicants, but also contributes to ensuring that their qualifications and experience meet the requirements.
According to the State Commission's report, the parameters of 1,320 state orders for foreign and non-state higher education institutions operating in the republic for the 2025-2026 academic year have been approved. These parameters, in turn, are announced with specific requirements and conditions for applicants, creating new opportunities for young people recommended for admission.
From September 29 to October 5 (inclusive), 2025, young people recommended for admission to certain foreign and non-state higher educational institutions on a paid-contract basis will have the opportunity to register as applicants for the parameters of the state order approved by this protocol. This, in turn, will serve to provide new opportunities for entering higher education and open new paths for young people.
Test trials for registered applicants will be held until October 12, 2025. Based on the results of the test trials, a new stage of admission of applicants to education will be launched.
These decisions and conditions will undoubtedly serve to improve the education system and create various benefits for young people. Cooperation between state and private higher education institutions will be further strengthened and will increase young people's interest in higher education.
