According to the decision of the State Commission, a state order quota of 1,320 places has been approved for the 2025–2026 academic year for foreign and non-state higher educational institutions.
In this regard, from September 29 to October 5, 2025 (inclusive), young people who were recommended for study on a paid-contract basis will have the opportunity to register as applicants for these quotas. The chosen higher educational institution and field of study will be taken into account in this process.
For those who registered, test examinations will be organized until October 12, 2025. The prescribed fee will also be collected during this process.
Based on the test results, applicants’ scores will be ranked in strict order and officially submitted to the relevant higher educational institutions by October 17, 2025.
In addition, applicants who had previously registered for admission to state universities and took exams but were not recommended for enrollment will also be able to participate in this competition. They will have the opportunity to reapply to bachelor’s degree programs that match their scores, subject set, and language of instruction.
