Law enforcement agencies have initiated criminal proceedings against citizen Olimjon Sulaymonov, born in 1964, a former deputy. A criminal case has been initiated against him under part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

According to the information, Sulaymonov deliberately chose not to appear, despite being officially summoned by the investigative authorities several times by summons.

Therefore, on October 14, law enforcement agencies forcibly brought him into the investigation process on a legal basis. Currently, investigative actions are actively continuing within the framework of the existing criminal case.

At the same time, official agencies appealed to some social media activists and reminded that if the influence on the investigation process or interference in the work process is carried out through the Internet, this situation may entail liability before the law.
