In the first two days of control measures carried out within the framework of the month of cleanliness and order in Uzbekistan, more than 770 cases of waste disposal were registered. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Ecology.
According to the information, strict measures are being taken within the framework of the law against citizens and organizations that dump waste in unauthorized places.
In particular, on October 15, 328 cases were identified throughout the country, and fines totaling 224.36 million soums were imposed on offenders.
On October 16, 443 cases were registered, and fines totaling 310.34 million soums were imposed.
At the same time, preventive conversations were held with 1,095 enterprises and citizens on the prevention of environmental pollution.
It is noted that such events are aimed at raising the ecological culture of the population and ensuring cleanliness in public places.
