
The potential of apple cultivation and export in Uzbekistan is constantly growing. According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-August 2025, the country exported a total of 22.6 thousand tons of apples to 10 countries.
The total value of exports amounted to 11.6 million US dollars. Among the main buyers, Russia (10,721 tons) and Kazakhstan (10,098 tons) are leading. Also, 1,275 tons of apples were sent to the Kyrgyz Republic, and more than 300 tons to Turkmenistan and Iraq.
According to experts, Uzbekistan is becoming one of the leading countries in Central Asia in apple cultivation. Due to their natural taste, high quality, and competitive prices, national products remain in high demand in foreign markets.
The increase in export volumes not only increases the income of farmers, but also strengthens the economic significance of the country's agricultural sector.
