According to the President’s decree, medical and pharmaceutical workers with at least 15 years of service in state medical institutions will receive new benefits for housing provision. Now, annually, 500 employees will have 25% of the initial payment for housing purchased through a mortgage loan covered.
This initiative will be implemented from January 1, 2026, using funds from the Medical Institutions’ Material Incentive and Development Fund. In this way, the process of purchasing housing for long-serving and dedicated staff will be significantly eased.
Official sources state that the program will not only improve employees’ living conditions but also enhance motivation for qualified personnel in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, ensuring their long-term retention.
Authorities report that the financial support and implementation of the program will be fully monitored, and all necessary documents will be prepared so that eligible employees can use this benefit on time.
