In recent days, air pollution levels in Tashkent have sharply increased, causing serious concern among the population. The worsening environmental situation has required urgent action at both city and regional levels.
In this regard, based on the instruction of the Head of the Administration, officials of the Ministry of Ecology and law enforcement agencies launched large-scale inspection raids in Tashkent city and the Tashkent region at midnight. The purpose of these measures is to identify factors harming the air, improve air quality, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
During the raids, the activities of greenhouses, various types of furnaces, and enterprises emitting harmful substances into the atmosphere are being inspected. Measures are being taken against detected violations in accordance with established procedures.
According to specialists, large-scale environmental monitoring and preventive measures are aimed at improving atmospheric air, and the current process will continue. These actions carried out to stabilize the ecological situation in Tashkent are of great importance for public health and quality of life.
