AI-80 Gasoline to Be Controlled from December 1

From December 1, in Uzbekistan, the fueling of vehicles with AI-80 gasoline will be strictly controlled. These measures are implemented according to the decree of the head of state dated November 18.

Combustion of low-octane gasoline produces carbon monoxide and other harmful substances, and vehicle emissions negatively affect climate change. Therefore, the sale and use of AI-80 gasoline will be restricted.

These changes aim to improve ecological safety in the transport system, with new rules for vehicle owners and gas stations.

In the future, this control system will be further developed, and fuel quality and ecological monitoring will be strengthened.
