In the first week of winter, the weather throughout the country will be characteristic, slightly changeable in some places. According to Uzhydromet, changes in wind direction and temperature fluctuations are possible, but no extreme weather events are expected.
In Karakalpakstan and Khorezm, the weather will be mostly clear, with no precipitation expected. East wind shifting to west 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 0-5°C, during the day 0-5°C. On December 1, the temperature will be within 0-5°C at night and 7-12°C during the day, and the daytime temperature will remain within 5-12°C in the following days. By December 4th, temperatures could drop to 0-5 degrees Celsius again in the evening.
Variable weather is expected in Bukhara and Navoi. No precipitation is expected. The wind will blow from the west at 7-12 m/s. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 2-7 ̊C below zero, in the daytime 10-15 ̊C above zero. On December 4, the daytime temperature will decrease slightly and will be around 8-13 degrees.
In Tashkent, Samarkand, Syrdarya, and Jizzakh, the beginning of December will be completely favorable. No precipitation is expected on December 1-3, and there is a chance of rain in some areas on December 4. Fog possible. West wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 2-7 ̊C below zero, in the daytime 10-15 ̊C above zero. On December 4, the daytime temperature will be around 8-13 degrees.
In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya, the weather is warm and stable. The days will be mostly dry, except for the possibility of rain in some areas of Kashkadarya on December 4. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 0-5°C, in some places down to -2°C. The daytime temperature will be 12-17°C, and on December 4th, it will be around 10-15°C.
In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, the weather will be calm, mostly changeable, with no precipitation expected. Fog is possible. Wind 5-10 m/s. Temperature 5-10°C. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 2 ̊C below zero to 3 ̊C above zero, during the day 8-13 ̊C above zero.
In mountainous areas, dry weather is expected on December 1-3; rain and snow are possible in some areas on December 4. West wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 2 degrees below zero to 3 degrees above zero, in the daytime 5-10 degrees above zero.
