
From December 1, 2025, a number of important changes will be introduced into the country's legislation. In order to accelerate the transition to environmentally friendly and high-quality fuel, the sale of Ai-80 gasoline at gas stations will be restricted from December 1. Now a completely new mechanism will be created based on the chain "consumer - entrepreneur - NGO - government bodies." This system ensures faster problem resolution, effective communication with parties, and stronger consumer protection.

In connection with the ratification of the Aarhus Convention by Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Ecology will publish data on state environmental monitoring in an open database. In it:

Through the new platform, the population:

- can freely familiarize themselves with information about active tectonic faults. This platform will help strengthen security measures in the country's seismic zones.
No medical certificate is required when registering a marriage
Due to the digitalization of information exchange: the requirement to bring medical examination results from those entering into marriage,
- the requirement to submit a court decision on paper in case of divorce is canceled. This significantly simplifies the processes and reduces excessive paperwork.
New guarantees and opportunities for entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurship Development Company: guarantees for large businesses up to 10 billion soums;
-"green" economy, large-scale support for production and service projects;
- entrepreneurs with a good credit history will be provided with new opportunities, such as increasing the guarantee limit by 1.5 times. This is intended to further revitalize the business environment.

Specialists in the field of tourism will undergo retraining and advanced training through special training programs. Graduates are awarded internationally recognized certificates.
Permission for independent activity of non-state forensic experts
Now non-state forensic experts can work independently in the form of a separate forensic bureau. This will increase competition in this area and further improve the quality of services.
A unified platform for the analysis of regulatory legal acts will be launched
Lawyers, attorneys, judges, and the general public will have the opportunity to conduct a comparative analysis of legislation. Artificial intelligence technologies will also be implemented on the platform.
All mahallas of the country will be included in the unified registry
The unified registry, which will be fully operational by December 1, will contain reliable and updated information about each mahalla. This will help to effectively manage the activities of the mahalla.
